This Uplodia community forum is provided from MJR GmbH. By using it you are bound to the following Terms of Use. It is not required to inform users about a change of the Terms of use. The current version can be always reviewed by the user on our page.

Our services
MJR GmbH provides you a variety of knowledge, ressources, downloads, communication forums and product information on the Uploadia community. The services, including updates, enhancements, new features, and/or the addition of any new web properties, are subject to the Terms of use
Limitation on personal, non-commercial use
Unless stated otherwise, the services are intended for your personal, non-commercial use. You are not allowed to alter, copy, distribute, share, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained through the Services.

MJR GmbH is also not responsible for webcasting or any other form of transmission received from a linked website. Accounts, password & security
If you need to create an account for any of the Services, you must complete the registration process by providing us with accurate, complete, and current information as required in the corresponding registration form. You will also need to choose a password and username. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Additionally, you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify MJR GmbH immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. MJR GmbH is not liable for any losses you incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, with or without your knowledge. However, you may be held liable for losses incurred by MJR GmbH or any other party due to the use of your account or password by another person. You may not use another person’s account at any time without the account owner’s permission.

Platform use
The services may include email services, chat/collaboration areas, messages, forums, communities, personal profile, photos or other messaging & communication facilities. These enable communication with other users of the platform. You agree to use the Communication Services only to post messages and material that are proper. You agree that you will not do the following when using the Communication Services:Use the Communication Services in connection with pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk email, spamming or any duplicative or unsolicited messages (commercial or otherwise).

Prohibited Activities
When using the Services, you must not:
• Share Inappropriate or Illegal Content – Do not publish, post, upload, distribute, or share any content that is inappropriate, profane, defamatory, obscene, indecent, or unlawful.
• Violate Intellectual Property Rights – Do not upload, use, or share files containing images, photographs, software, or other materials protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary rights unless you have proper authorization.
• Harm or Harass Others – Do not defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or violate the legal rights (such as privacy and publicity rights) of others.
• Spread Malware or Harmful Software – Do not upload files containing viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files, or any other software that may harm others’ computers or property.
• Engage in Unauthorized Commercial Activity – Do not advertise, offer to sell or buy goods or services for business purposes unless explicitly allowed.
• Misuse Downloaded Content – Do not download or distribute files that you know, or should reasonably know, cannot be legally reproduced, displayed, or shared.
• Falsify or Remove Copyright Information – Do not alter or delete author attributions, legal notices, proprietary labels, or copyright information in uploaded files.
• Interfere with Others’ Use – Do not restrict or inhibit other users from enjoying the Communication Services.
• Violate Community Guidelines – Follow all applicable codes of conduct and service guidelines.
• Collect or Misuse User Data – Do not harvest or collect information about others, including email addresses, without permission.
• Break Laws or Regulations – Do not engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Create False Identities – Do not create a fake identity to mislead others.
• Misuse User Information – Do not copy, distribute, or share directories of users or usage data without authorization.

Failure to follow these rules may result in restrictions on your access to the Services.

MJR GmbH can share information if required by law, regulations, legal processes, or government requests. MJR GmbH also has the right to edit, refuse to post, or remove any information or materials at any time, at its own discretion. MJR reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

Always use caution when sharing any personally identifiable information about yourself or your children in any Communication Services. MJR GmbH does not control or endorse the content, messages, or information found in any Communication Services and, therefore, MJR GmbH specifically disclaims any liability regarding the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in them. Managers and hosts are not authorized spokespersons of MJR GmbH, and their views do not necessarily reflect those of MJR GmbH.
Materials uploaded to the Uploadia community may be subject to published restrictions on use, reproduction, and/or distribution. You are responsible for complying with such restrictions when downloading the materials.

Prohibited use
To use the services of MJR GmbH, you must comply with all applicable laws and these terms. You may not use the services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Additionally, you must not damage, disable, overload, or interfere with MJR GmbH’s servers or networks, nor disrupt other users’ access to the services.
Unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks—whether through hacking, password mining, or any other means—is strictly prohibited. You may only access information and materials that are intentionally made available through the services. Any attempt to obtain data through unauthorized methods is not allowed.
MJR GmbH is committed to maintaining a secure and functional platform. Violating these terms may result in suspension, account termination, or legal action. It is your responsibility to use the services lawfully and ethically to ensure a safe experience for all users.

Posting & publishing
MJR GmbH does not claim any ownership of any materials you provide, including feedback, suggestions, or content you post, upload or submit to its services. If you publish a contribution, you grant MJR GmbH and its affiliated companies permission to use this contribution for their business activities.
This includes the right to copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, edit, translate, and reformat your submission. MJR GmbH may also publish your name in connection with your submission and sublicense these rights to service providers as needed.

Your submission remains yours, but by sharing it, you allow MJR GmbH to use it as part of its services without requiring further approval or compensation.

MJR GmbH is not obligated to publish or use any contributions you provide, and MJR GmbH may remove any contribution at its sole discretion at any time.
By posting a submission, you warrant and represent that you own all rights to your submission as described in these Terms of Use.
If you post images, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them as allowed by these Terms of Use and you are the owner of the copyright ig the images. Or that the copyright owner has granted you permission to use the images. The license to use your images ends when you completely remove them from the services. However this does not affect any licenses granted before removal. You will not receive any compensation for the use of your images.
